As the Quality Control Lead, you will be responsible for inspecting cabinets and parts, identifying defects, and ensuring that all processes meet established quality standards. You'll oversee rework operations and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control and shipping processes. You will also lead a small team, ensuring that production goals are met and customer specifications are adhered to.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Conduct quality control inspections on in-process and finished cabinets and parts
Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and customer requirements
Document and return damaged items for rework, and track rework data per department
Supervise employees within the quality control department
Investigate and address customer quality issues and complaints
Assist in labeling, wrapping, and transferring cabinets or parts to staging areas
Communicate effectively with team members, other leads, and management
Ensure daily production targets are met
Participate in other departments when needed
Physical Requirements
Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both team members and management
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted; occasionally over 50 lbs. with assistance
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a noisy, dusty environment
Regular use of hands for handling objects; frequent squatting, stooping, and kneeling
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
Curiosity and a desire to learn
