The appliance suite is equally impressive, featuring a Sub-Zero refrigerator and Wolf wall ovens seamlessly integrated into the walnut millwork, ensuring the space’s heavy-duty utility never compromises its refined, modern aesthetic.

The layout is thoughtfully engineered for the urban entertainer, utilizing a long, linear footprint that flows into a built-in live-edge wood dining extension. Expertly placed task lighting, hidden within a walnut valance and suspended by minimalist linear pendants, illuminates the various work zones without detracting from the sweeping city views afforded by the floor-to-ceiling windows. From the rugged texture of the distressed metal accents to the precision of the grain-matched wood panels, this project is a masterclass in “industrial-luxe” cabinetry and design.
